Guide to R for SPSS and SAS Users

Bob Muenchen, who works in the Statistical Consulting Centre at the University of Tennessee, has put together a guide to using R, for SPSS and SAS Users. I've gone on about R before, on this blog for SEM, here and here; and I've written about how to do regression in R.

The guide is 91 pages long, and focuses on data manipulation more than analysis. Getting info on data analysis in R is pretty straightforward, getting information on manipulation is harder, so this is a welcome addition.
