Understanding and Using Statistics in Psychology
You can now buy the book Understanding and using statistics in Psychology , which I wrote with Phil Banyard, from Amazon (that's Amazon you can buy it from, Phil's not from Amazon, he's from the Midlands somewhere) for 19 quid, or, if you've got more money than you know what to do with (because, for example, your name is Andy Field - check out his ranking, go on, you can do it here. Then check Harry Potter. When I checked, Andy was in the lead) .
Personally, I wouldn't, because it's not actually finished yet. (It's finished in theory, but it hasn't got things like an index, because we need to see the final proofs to write the index. Surprisingly, it's got a ranking, which means that someone has bought it. (When I just checked, it was in 583,165th place. I'd like to say that the only way is up, but I've been lower. Much lower.)
